Comprehensive Search with Written Report -- $1500 (includes fee to Compumark)

Filing the Application -- $1000 + government filing fee ($225-325) + any drawing fee (rare)

Amendment to Allege Use -- $350 + government filing fee ($100)

Statement of Use -- $350 + government filing fee ($100)

Request for Extension of Time to File Statement of Use -- $350 + government filing fee ($100)

Statement of Use filed with Request for Extension of Time -- $500 + government filing fee ($200)

COPYRIGHTS

Preparation and filing of application to register a copyright -- $300 + applicable government fee ($35-85), per work.

All matters not specifically noted above, such as application prosecution costs, preparation and negotiation of licenses, clearance opinions, and the like, will be billed at our standard IP hourly rate of $250/hour.
